Christopher A. Tomczyk is a Senior Associate in the firm's Workers' Compensation practice. Having been a former Petitioner’s attorney for many years, he has a unique perspective on cases and uses his prior knowledge to anticipate arguments and strategies of his opponents in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Tomczyk has presented arguments before the Circuit and Appellate Court with great success, and handles cases anywhere in the state. In addition, his Spanish speaking ability is a great asset in translating medical documents or injury statements from injured workers.
An avid Musician of thirty years, Chris has played various venues across Chicago and relaxes by listening and playing his drum set at home. His greatest enjoyment however, is spending time with his wife and playing with his two children.
