Ms. Picazo joined Evans & Dixon in 2020. She brings with her over 7 years of litigation experience from multiple firms in the Chicagoland area. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a prominent workers’ compensation defense firm where she handled matters throughout all levels of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and other courts. Ms. Picazo began her career as a Petitioner’s attorney representing injured workers for several years. With her unique perspective, she is able to anticipate her opponents’ arguments and strategies. Ms. Picazo is fluent in Spanish allowing her to translate and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking individuals.
