Mr. Ryan joined Evans & Dixon in 2018 as a Workers’ Compensation Defense attorney. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2017, graduating with Pro Bono Honors in recognition of his commitment to public service.
Mr. Ryan focuses his practice on defending employers in a wide range of workers’ compensation matters. He has extensive experience representing clients across multiple industries, including education, healthcare, retail and restaurant services, construction, and trucking.
His case experience spans a broad spectrum of workplace injuries, including falls, fractures, head, back, and neck injuries, upper and lower extremity injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, eye injuries, hernias, permanent disability claims, and repetitive trauma cases. In addition, Mr. Ryan has handled litigation at the appellate level, with experience before the Kansas Court of Appeals and the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission.

Mr. Ryan spends most of his free time cheering on the Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks, volunteering for Big Brother’s Big Sister’s, and taking trips to the Lake of the Ozarks with his family any chance he can get. He enjoys traveling and frequents Grand Cayman several times a year where he is an avid scuba diver.
