With a legal career spanning over two decades, Mr. Jura brings deep experience in administrative law, municipal governance, civil litigation, contracts, employment law, and civil rights matters. Throughout his career, he has advised public and private clients alike, with a strong foundation in both courtroom advocacy and government service.
Before joining Evans & Dixon in 2025, Mr. Jura served as Deputy Assistant Attorney for the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa, from 2014 to 2025, where he represented the city in a wide range of legal matters and regularly presented on behalf of the Council Bluffs Civil Rights Commission to local organizations. He previously worked as Assistant City Attorney for the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, and in private practice at Jura Law Office. His legal career began with the Missouri Public Defender System, where he handled criminal defense cases across the state.
Outside the office, Graham enjoys staying active through regular exercise and spending time on the golf course. He also values quality time with his wife, Allison—whether traveling, trying new restaurants, or relaxing at home.
