Scott Graves joined Evans & Dixon as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Scott has a proven track record of driving change and achieving results. With over 15 years of senior leadership experience, Scott is known for his keen ability to identify and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that are critical to an organization's success. At Evans & Dixon, he utilizes data-driven insights to develop and implement strategies that optimize financial performance and enhance operational efficiencies. Scott's astute business acumen combined with his strong analytical skills allows the firm to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives, resulting in enhanced profitability and growth.
Prior to joining Evans & Dixon, Scott held a similar position at an AmLaw 200, global law firm. Prior to AmLaw 200, Scott spent a number of years in the manufacturing sector, holding senior leadership positions in all functional areas. Scott’s passion for achieving operational excellence and delivering results makes him a critical member of the E&D leadership team as we continue to focus on our strategic objectives and overall business growth.
Outside the office, Scott enjoys playing golf, spending time with his wife, their adult children, and especially his granddaughter.
