Rosario Cibella has been practicing in the area of workers’ compensation law for 40 years. While in law school, he worked as a clerk for a firm handling workers’ compensation claims and has been practicing in that area since that time. During his education process he worked in the grocery industry, sales and construction industry as a laborer in the summers gaining invaluable experience in the subtleties and day to day experiences of those employees and their employers. He has been able to translate that experience into formulating practical everyday vigorous defenses to workers’ compensation claims. He is dedicated to moving claims forward to closure in the most economical way for the client whether that be through denial and trial or a vigorous defense aimed at and leading to a significantly compromised resolution.
He also offers continuous updates, information, and resources available to employers and insurance companies concentrated on, what may the most important and cost effective tool against Workers Compensation; the procedures and practices to be put in place to prevent claims from even occurring. He has been part of numerous panels of experts to attorney, carriers and insureds regarding implementation of programs to either prevent claims or minimize their exposure. He has been nominated as a LEADING LAWYER since 2009 and has received the Martindale-Hubble AV rating, which is the highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and ethical standards, since 1995.
