Mr. Tjaden
joined Evans and Dixon in 2018 as a seasoned attorney in the Civil Litigation
Practice Group. He brings with him more than three decades of legal experience,
having spent over 31 years at his previous firm. Throughout his career, Mr.
Tjaden has handled a broad range of civil litigation matters. His background
includes numerous bench and jury trials, as well as substantial involvement in
mediations and other forms of dispute resolution.
He also has experience as a judicial clerk to the Honorable John T. Grant, Associate Justice with the Nebraska Supreme Court, offering him unique and comprehensive insight into the judicial process.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Tjaden is committed to the advancement of the legal profession. He is a frequent presenter and lecturer at various seminars hosted by bar associations, as well as client conferences.

Outside of the office Mr. Tjaden enjoys traveling with his family, reading and college
football. He was previously on the board of the Nebraska
Spina Bifida Association and was the past President of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of
Omaha.
