Ms. Shocklee joined Evans & Dixon in 1996. For over two decades, her practice focused on the defense of employers and insurers against claims for worker’s compensation in a variety of industries, including: education/schools, construction including defense of CCIPs, finance, insurance and real estate, government, manufacturing, medical/health care, retail trade, services, and transportation and public utilities.
Since 2023, she has served as Managing Partner, overseeing the firm’s operations, strategy and financial health. In this role, she prides herself on strong communication, leadership, employee empowerment and fostering a positive workplace culture.
A frequent speaker on the topic of continuing legal education, Ms. Shocklee is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL).

Interests:
Ms. Shocklee co-founded and serves as Board Chair of Our M.O.M., Inc. (Our Mark On Melanoma). Founded in 2007, following the death of their mother from metastatic melanoma, Ms. Shocklee and her 7 siblings founded this non-profit to raise funds for research and education on metastatic melanoma. To date, their efforts have raised $700,000, including a fully funded Research Fund with BJH Foundation/Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis, MO.
Ms. Shocklee serves on the Board of the ALS Association of St. Louis, dedicated to improving the lives of ALS patients and their families including supporting their needs as well as funding research for ALS.
Ms. Shocklee serves as Evans & Dixon's point person for Motion for Kids through BAMSL. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, jogging, reading, working out, participating in fundraisers, auctions and other charity activities.
