Mr. Reynolds is a member of Evans & Dixon, having practiced Illinois and Missouri Workers’ Compensation defense exclusively at the firm since 1992.
His practice includes the defense of employers against claims for workers’ compensation for workplace injuries resulting in physical or mental disability under the Illinois and Missouri Workers' Compensation Acts.
Mr. Reynolds regularly appears at dockets in Missouri, as well as Southern and Central Illinois on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured employers.
He has extensive experience in handling all aspects of workers' compensation litigation in Missouri and Illinois.
He has spoken at seminars, conferences, training sessions and business meetings regarding legal issues related to the Illinois and Missouri Workers' Compensation Acts as well as the Acts' practical application to employers.
Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
Community Involvement:
Mr. Reynolds retired as a major after serving a combined 20 years in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve. He served in Kuwait in 2003 as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has coached basketball and soccer for his childrens’ Catholic Youth Council teams. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, especially basketball, running, spending time with his family, reading and coaching sports.
