Ms. Futrowsky represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property and technology protection law, including identification, procurement, transfer and protection of inventions, brands and original works of authorship by means of patents, trademarks, trade dress protection, trade secrets, copyrights and domain names. She also conducts IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
As a registered patent attorney, Ms. Futrowsky has prosecuted patents before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is experienced in litigating patent and trademark matters before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, respectively. She has also litigated patent, trademark and copyright cases in the federal and state courts.
