ST. LOUIS – Attorney Joseph von
Kaenel joins Evans & Dixon, L.L.C. in the St. Louis office. He will
continue to focus his practice in the areas of corporate law, securities and
mergers and acquisitions. Tim Tierney, managing member of the firm, made the
announcement.
“Joe’s 40 plus years experience
in a wide variety of corporate, securities and M&A transactions really reinforces
our offerings for our clients,” said Tierney. “He is a great addition to our
established and growing business law practice group.”
Von Kaenel joins Evans &
Dixon, L.L.C. from Armstrong Teasdale L.L.P., where he was a partner.

securities and M&A practice with Evans & Dixon and look forward to
helping the firm expand its existing and growing business law practice,’ said
von Kaenel. “I had been practicing for over 40 years with another firm and,
though arguably of retirement age, I was not ready to leave the practice of
law.”
