ST. LOUIS (12/29/17) – Evans & Dixon, LLC has elected four new members to the firm. Jane A. Landrum, LaShonda L. Lambert, Matt R. Leffler and Timothy R. Gerding, have been voted as new members effective January 1, 2018.

Jane Ann Landrum has practiced
in the Kansas City area for thirty years. Her emphasis is civil
litigation, with jury trials and dispositive motions in both state and federal
courts in Kansas and Missouri. Her primary areas of practice are complex
tort litigation, business liability, insurance coverage, HOA, construction
defect and premises liability law. She also has her LLM in Alternative
Dispute Resolution. Ms. Landrum has been with the firm since 2015.
LaShonda L. Lambert joined Evans & Dixon in 2008 and brought with her industry experience in finance, labor and employment, insurance, real estate, medical and health care, transportation, and public utilities. Ms. Lambert has case experience in back injury/pain, chemical burns, contact with objects and equipment, falls, fractures, harmful substances or environments, head injury/pain, neck injury/pain, skin diseases/disorders, and transportation incidents.
Matt R.
Leffler is in the property subrogation practice group of Evans & Dixon
where he specializes in fire and explosion litigation. Mr. Leffler has
extensive experience throughout the country investigating and litigating
catastrophic building fires, collapses, construction defects, product defects
and flooding events. Mr. Leffler has successfully litigated thousands of cases
throughout his career and tried cases to verdict throughout the country
including Missouri state court, Illinois state court, the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Arkansas state court and
the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. Mr. Leffler
has been with the firm since 2012.
Timothy R. Gerding joined Evans & Dixon in 2014 with a wealth of experience representing individuals and businesses in a diverse set of legal matters. Mr. Gerding is located in Evans & Dixon’s Columbia office and his practice focuses on business and corporate services, while also bringing litigation and trial practice skills to bear for those individuals and businesses with such a need. He represents businesses in corporate and LLC formation and issues, contract law, commercial transactions, contract and other civil litigation, negotiations and dispute resolutions, as well as other business and commercial related matters.
