Mr. Brueggemann is experienced in handling all aspects of Workers' Compensation and personal injury claims along with minor criminal offenses, traffic and domestic cases. He is familiar with workers’ compensation dockets in Columbia, Crystal City, Jefferson City, Lebanon, Rolla, St. Charles and St. Louis.

Mr. Brueggemann’s industry experience includes manufacturing and medical/health care. His case experience includes assaults and violent acts, back injuries, bruises and contusions, carpal tunnel syndrome, chemical burns, contact with objects and equipment, cuts and lacerations, falls, fractures, harmful substances or environments, head injuries, heart attacks, heat burns, infectious diseases, lower and upper extremity injuries, neck injuries, permanent disability, pulmonary disorders, respiratory conditions, sprains, strains, breaks, tears, tendonitis, transportation incidents and eye injuries.

Mr. Brueggemann is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and currently serves as chairman of the Workers' Compensation committee.


Interests:

Mr. Brueggemann served as a coach for Metro 74 Soccer from 2000-2001. He enjoys playing soccer, camping, fishing, model trains, reading, classic science fictions books and movies.
