Mr. Haeckel has extensive experience handling Workers' Compensation matters in a variety of industries and counties across Missouri. With 28 years of experience in insurance defense- 27 of those years with Evans & Dixon- Mr. Haeckel has trial experience representing hundreds of Missouri Workers' Compensation cases tried to Award before the Division of Workers' Compensation, with multiple appeals before the Missouri Labor & Industrial Relations Committee, and before the Missouri Court of Appeals.
Mr. Haeckel has extensive experience in the defense of Missouri Workers' Compensation matters in the fields of auto assembly, manufacturing, government, health care, educational, construction, and retail sectors. His case experience includes issues involving accidents, repetitive traumas including: carpal tunnel syndrome, occupational diseases, exposures to silica, asbestos, and dioxin. Amputations, paraplegia, quadriplegia, orthopedic injuries including: total joint replacement and disc replacement, burns, head injuries, heart attacks, infectious diseases, cancer, musculoskeletal disorders, sprains, and strains.
