Mr. Evans is a Member in the firm's Workers'Compensation Practice concentrating exclusively in the defense of Missouri Worker's Compensation cases including the most complicated of liability and medical causation issues.

Mr. Evans has extensive trial experience litigating complex workers’ compensation disputes before Administrative Law Judges, the Labor & Industrial Relations Commission, and the Appellate Courts of Missouri. He has lectured extensively and is available for individual client seminar, conferences, and other inquiries.

Mr. Evans has worked for many years drafting comprehensive changes to the Missouri Worker’s Compensation Law, including the extensive 2005 reform redefining ‘accident’, ‘occupational disease’ and a number of other important sweeping changes.
