Ms. Martin has more than 21 years of experience in personal injury and Workers' Compensation litigation. She has tried civil cases in the Circuit Courts of St. Louis City and County and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District; and argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Her case experience includes amputations, assaults and violent acts, back injuries, falls, fatalities, fires and explosions, fractures, head injuries, heart attacks, lower and upper extremity injuries, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injury/pain, permanent disability, and pulmonary disorders.

Ms. Martin is a member of the Bench and Bar Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. She also volunteers at the law school of St. Louis University, Workers’ Compensation class.

Interests:

In addition to her professional activities she volunteers on the softball committee for Special Olympics. She enjoys visiting her oldest daughter at Mizzou and attending Mizzou football games. She also enjoys gourmet cooking, kickboxing, and swimming.
