Ms. Parks regularly appears before the Division of Workers’ Compensation and the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. She has also orally argued before both the Missouri Supreme Court and the Eastern District Court of Appeals.
Ms. Parks has extensive experience handling Workers' Compensation matters in the construction, education, government, manufacturing, and retail trade industries. Her case experience includes amputations, assaults and violent acts, back injuries, bruises and contusions, carpal tunnel syndrome, chemical burns, contact with objects and equipment, cumulative trauma, cuts and lacerations, falls, fatalities, fires and explosions, fractures, harmful substances or environments, head injuries, heart attacks, heat burns, infectious diseases, lower and upper extremity injuries, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injuries, permanent disability, pulmonary disorders, respiratory conditions, skin diseases and disorders, sprains, strains, breaks, tears, tendonitis and transportation incidents.
Ms. Parks is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Missouri Bar Association.
Interests:
Ms. Parks enjoys watching college sports, especially University of Illinois football and basketball, and watching her sons play all types of sports, including hockey and baseball.
