Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Beever practiced commercial and business litigation with an emphasis on securities litigation, contract law, and shareholder disputes. Ms. Beever was also a research attorney to the Honorable Patrick D. McAnany of the Kansas Court of Appeals, where she conducted research regarding civil, criminal, and domestic law, and drafted bench memoranda and proposed opinions.
Ms. Beever is a member of the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
Interests:
Ms. Beever serves as a volunteer for Fox 4 News Problem Solvers Ask-A-Lawyer and Debate-KC: Lawyers in the Classroom. Ms. Beever enjoys spending time with family and loved ones, traveling, watching Mizzou sports, attending Royals baseball games and Chiefs games, reading, and shopping at used bookstores.
