Mr. Long began his career as a transactional/corporate attorney, from which he gained valuable experience in business formation, mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary and corporate governance issues. He applies this experience in litigation in order to gain a better understanding of the dispute from the business operation perspective.
Mr. Long focuses his experience and expertise on providing quality, affordable representation to clients. He involves the client at every stage of representation to insure the client is apprised of the case and, more importantly, to insure the client is receiving value for time expended on a matter. Overall, Mr. Long believes quality representation in litigation means spotting potential issues for a client before they arise, eliminating or mitigating the effect of those issues and working with the client to avoid similar issues in the future, all while achieving the desired result in a dispute.
