Mr. Kukowski has case experience in amputations, back injury/pain, body systems, bruises, contusions, carpal tunnel syndrome, chemical burns, contact w/ objects, cumulative trauma, cuts, lacerations, falls, fatalities, fractures, harmful substances or environments, head injury/pain, infectious disease, lower extremities, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), neck injury/pain, permanent disability, poisoning, pulmonary disorders, respiratory conditions, sprains, strains, breaks, tears, and tendonitis, and upper extremities.
Mr. Kukowski is an active member of the Missouri Bar as well as the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL). He has also been elected as Treasurer to the BAMSL Executive Board for 2012. He has been a member of the Missouri Bar Legislative Review Subcommittee for workers’ compensation legislation since 2007 and was the Missouri Bar Workers' Compensation CLE Chair for St. Louis and Columbia in 2007 and 2008. In 2009, Mr. Kukowski was appointed the Workers' Compensation Program Planning Chair.
Mr. Kukowski co-chaired BAMSL’s Bench and Bar Planning Committee in 2007 and continues to serve as Vice-Chair to the Missouri Bar Workers’ Compensation Committee since 2008. He is also active on several Administrative and Workers’ Compensation committees within the Missouri Bar and BAMSL and was recently appointed co-chair of the BAMSL Workers' Compensation Committee for 2012.
