Ms. Brooke concentrates her practice in the area of first-party insurance law with a specialty in cases involving incendiary fire, fraud and misrepresentation. She has handled over 100 first party property cases for both large and small insurance companies throughout the United States, and is frequently consulted by insurers on fraud prevention.  Routinely invited to present lectures to adjusters, law enforcement and other attorneys by fraud-fighting organizations such as the IAAI, NSPII and NICB, Ms. Brooke is fast becoming a leader in the area of first party insurance law.  

Ms. Brooke also regularly handles cases involving personal injury, malpractice, premises and products liability.  She is currently preferred counsel for a number of insurance companies around the country.

Ms. Brooke gives back to her community by providing free legal representation to victims of domestic violence.
