Mr. Berwin focuses in the areas of insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, and general liability. Prior to joining the firm, David worked for the St. Charles, Missouri attorney Richard R. Veit in composing the argument portion of a recent appellate brief in a medical malpractice lawsuit.
Mr. Berwin has industry experience in education/schools and government. He also has case experience involving: assaults and violent acts, back injury/pain, falls, fatalities, fires and explosions, fractures, head injury/pain, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injury/pain, and pulmonary disorders.
Mr. Berwin is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitian St. Louis, and the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.
