Mr. Lawson is experienced in handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims. His industry experience includes health care, manufacturing, and education with case experience in amputations, back injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, occupational exposure, cumulative trauma, fractures, knee injuries, shoulder injuries, permanent total disability, fractures, psychiatric injuries, and autoimmune disease. He has successfully tried cases in Kansas and Missouri at both the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining Evans & Dixon, Mr. Lawson clerked for Division 11 of the Jackson County Circuit Court. In this position, Mr. Lawson served as the chief law clerk for Jackson County assisting the Court in matters of Court administration as well as research, writing, and trial preparation. In his free time, Mr. Lawson is an avid Missouri Tigers and Kansas City Royals fan. He serves as a youth leader at Central United Methodist Church and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
