Ms. Williams joined Evans & Dixon in 2019 as an associate in the Workers' Compensation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Williams worked as an associate at another St. Louis firm for four years where she handled Workers’ Compensation defense cases from beginning to end, including initial analysis, claimant depositions, negotiations, final hearing, and settlement. Ms. Williams is also experienced in handling Workers' Compensation appeals at the Commission and Court of Appeals level and defending Medical Fee Disputes for her clients.
During law schools, Ms. Williams completed an externship with the general counsel for the St. Louis Special School District, and also worked as a faculty fellow for Associate Dean Elizabeth Pendo at SLU Law in the area of disability law. Ms. Williams also spent time working for a solo practitioner in St. Louis in the area of family law during the summer after her 1L year.

Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her family and stays very busy with her two kids. She enjoys running, visiting Missouri state parks and hiking. She is a reading enthusiast, especially when it comes to mysteries and thrillers.
