Mr. Fletcher's practice focuses mostly in the areas of automobile law, including underinsured and uninsured motorist cases, general liability, and premised liability. In addition, he has had experience in managing large scale electronic discovery related matters and served as a member of the lead trial team defending an international civil engineering firm in a $100 million, 100-day trial to verdict in St. Louis, Missouri.
Prior to law school, Mr. Fletcher was an account executive in video production and web design, where his responsibilities included marketing, client services, and project management. Mr Fletcher was also a law intern in the civil litigation division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Illinois, located in Fairview Heights, Illinois.
