In Wisely v Sysco Foods, 972 S.W.3d 315 (Mo.App. E.D. 1998), the Court fond that acts of horseplay by all employees had become so prevalent in employer’s workplace that claimant’s action in kicking a pallet into another worker was not a substantial deviation from his employment and his injury was compensable.
