Joseph Thornton is licensed to practice law before Iowa and Nebraska state courts. Mr. Thornton's serves his clients in a diverse range of legal matters, including insurance disputes, workers' compensation, construction defect, construction law, municipal law, and general negligence. He also works extensively in health care law counseling and representing health care providers in wrongful death suits, HIPAA, corporate compliance, and more. As a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Thornton brings his background in accounting to provide a solid foundation for his practice.
While not in the office, Mr. Thornton spends time with his family, plays golf, and cheers on the Iowa Hawkeyes. He also gives back to community by serving on the board of New Visions, a homeless shelter in Council Bluffs, and supporting Children's Square.
