Ms. Symank joined Evans & Dixon in 2008. She has previous industry experience in property and casualty insurance and insurance sales. Her practice is focused on the defense of employers against claims for workers’ compensation benefits from workplace injuries resulting in physical or mental disability under the Illinois and Missouri Workers' Compensation Acts. Ms. Symank regularly appears at St. Louis, St. Charles, Crystal City, Ironton, Rolla and Jefferson City dockets in Missouri, as well as Southern Illinois, on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured employers.
Ms. Symank is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) and previously served as co-chair of the BAMSL Workers’ Compensation Committee.
Interests:
Ms. Symank enjoys the Fox Theater and St. Louis CITY SC games. She and her husband have three children who keep them busy with sports and school activities.
