In Breckle v Hawk’s Nest, 42 S.W.3d 789 (Mo.App. E.D. 2001),  2/01 and earlier opinion at 980 S.W.2d 192 (Mo.App. 1998), The Commission erred by limiting nursing care. Mandate had found 24-hour nursing care needed and Commission improperly limited to 4 hours, and improperly terminated care after separation from wife.
