JURISDICTION - LOST TIME CASES (TTD)

In Martin v Inland Truck Parts, 935 S.W.2d 68 (Mo.App. W.D. 1996), if an employer accepts liability, pays lost time benefits, and then stops them, tries the case on the issue of whether temporary total disability benefits are due, and loses the case on that issues, it is not appealable.  On the other hand, if the employer denied liability, and made no payment, then it is an appealable award because all of the issues are raised.
