Beryllium
In Abma v Allied Signal,, Inj. No. 92-40057 (LIRC) 2002, ALJ’s denial of claim of Beryllium causing death, the lack of an autopsy, was reversed, multiple medical testimony, in reference to a article, showing long latency period exposure and onset.
Mold
In Montgomery v Sachs Electric Co. , Inj. No. 98-160233 (LIRC) 2003, the ALJ found evidence, medically, an open award, finding high levels of mold exposure.
