Brian practices in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas of business law, representing clients ranging in size from small start-ups to large, publicly-traded companies.

Brian’s areas of practice include business start-ups, acquisition and disposition of business assets; reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, such as supply contracts, distribution agreements, professional services agreements, and software licenses; equity investments in existing companies; and corporate governance and compliance.

Brian is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Missouri Venture Forum.

Honors and Awards:

Brian was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society at the University of Oklahoma. He was managing editor of the Missouri Law Review at the University of Missouri-Columbia and was Order of the Coif.
